Article 2 — Accessibility
The site is in principle accessible to users 24/7, except for interruptions, scheduled or not, for maintenance purposes or in cases of force majeure. In case of impossibility to access the service, GoApps undertakes to do its best to restore access to the site and will endeavour to communicate the dates and times of the intervention in advance. Being subject only to an obligation of means, GoApps cannot be held responsible for any damage, of whatever nature, resulting from the unavailability of the service.
Article 3 — Collection and protection of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as the "Informatique et Libertés" law, and the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the user is informed that personal data concerning them is collected and processed by GoApps as part of the services offered on the site.
The user has a right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation and portability of their personal data. To exercise these rights, they may send their request by email to godefroy@goapps.team or by postal mail to the address of the registered office mentioned in article 1.
The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
Article 4 — Cookie policy
The site may use cookies for audience measurement, navigation improvement and user experience personalization. A cookie is a small text file saved on the user's device when visiting the site.
In accordance with European regulations, the user may accept or refuse the deposit of non-essential cookies via the consent banner presented on their first visit, or at any time by modifying their browser settings.

These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, French courts alone shall have jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
